How Do I Live the Flame of Love?
The 4 pillars of the devotion: Prayer, Reparation, Adoration, and Spreading the Flame

Unceasing communion with Jesus through Mary
Prayer is the oxygen of the soul. Through the Flame of Love, our daily prayers are transformed into a living flame that blinds Satan and draws souls into the embrace of God.
Prayer Cenacles
Join our daily virtual cenacles Monday through Friday evenings at 9:00 PM SGT, uniting our voices in the Rosary, the Unity Prayer, and the Five Wounds meditation.
Daily Rosary
Recite the Holy Rosary daily, inserting the petition: 'Spread the effect of grace of Thy Flame of Love over all of humanity, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.'
Eucharistic Adoration
Spend regular time in quiet adoration before the Blessed Sacrament, consoling Our Lord's Sacred Heart and receiving His divine life.
Night Vigils
Participate in sacrificial night vigils (Wednesday and Friday, 1:30 AM – 2:30 AM SGT), uniting with Jesus in His nocturnal agonies.
Create Family Sanctuaries
Gather your spouse, children, or family members to pray together at home, welcoming Mary to establish an altar of peace and grace in your dwelling.
The Monday Fast & Night Vigils
The Monday Fast (Bread and Water)
Our Lady requested the Monday fast (bread and water until 6:00 PM) for the release of holy souls from purgatory and the conversion of sinners. She promises great graces and direct aid at the hour of death for those who faithfully observe this practice of reparation.
* Those with health or medical conditions may substitute suitable acts of sacrifice and prayer.
Sacrificial Night Vigils
Every Wednesday and Friday from 1:30 AM to 2:30 AM SGT, members unite on Zoom in nocturnal adoration and prayer. By giving up sleep to keep watch with Jesus in Gethsemane, Satan is blinded and souls are saved from mortal sin.
Welcoming Mary into Your Home
Our Lady told Elizabeth Kindelmann: “She wants every family to be a sanctuary, a wonderful place where, in union with you, she works miracles in the depth of hearts.”
